Not what was advertised! - Diamond Facial Mask 12 Pack
Ordered a $40 Diamond Facial Mask- 12 Pack that was pictured as a friend of mine has purchased from another source. Was excited to see the offer on Groupon for the same product. What I received was entirely different. It was twelve packages of goopy, slimy, mess. I had to open one of them because they were not visible through the packaging as advertised and not the Diamond Facial Masks in the photo. When I tried to reach customer service I was only able to have an online chat with a rep that twice repeated "sorry for the inconvenience" but offered no other solution than to return the product. The way the return process was worded, I felt that I may or may not receive a refund. Basically I could potentially be sending the wrong product back and then having them tell me in 2-3 weeks if they would be refunding me or not. I will never use Groupon again and will definitely be telling everyone I know to not use them for anything! Terrible service...terrible product.
